Pressio Ironing Service

Effective date: 29 April 2025

These terms govern your use of Pressio Ironing Service ("Pressio", "we", "us"), operated by Debbie Wicardy, based in Dalkeith, Perth, Western Australia. By dropping off items for ironing you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Pressio provides a professional home ironing service on a drop-off basis only. We do not collect garments from your home. Items must be brought to our Dalkeith location at an agreed time.

2. Booking & Drop-Off

• Contact Debbie via WhatsApp or text to arrange a drop-off time before bringing items.
• Please ensure all items are clean and free of stains before drop-off — we iron, we do not wash.
• Items should be sorted and bagged together.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing is based on item type and quantity. A quote will be provided before work begins.
• Payment is due at collection. We accept cash and bank transfer.
• Quoted prices are valid for the agreed order only and may vary if additional items are added.

4. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are discussed and agreed at drop-off. We will notify you when your items are ready for collection. Please arrange collection within 7 days of notification. Items not collected within 14 days may be donated to charity.

5. Care & Liability

• We will follow the care label instructions on each garment.
• You are responsible for ensuring items are suitable for ironing and that care labels are accurate and legible.
• Pressio is not liable for damage caused by missing, incorrect, or illegible care labels.
• Our liability for any item damaged due to our negligence is limited to the current replacement value of that item, up to a maximum of $100 per garment.
• We accept no liability for pre-existing damage, inherent fabric weaknesses, or items with special coatings not disclosed at drop-off.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Please declare any delicate, vintage, or special-care items at drop-off so we can discuss handling.
• Remove all personal items (pins, jewellery, keys) from pockets before drop-off.
• We are not responsible for loss of items not related to the ironing service.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order at any time before ironing has commenced. Please give as much notice as possible as a courtesy to Debbie's schedule.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
